In the unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged item as well as a picture of the box it shipped in. A shipping claim will be initiated, and the shipping carrier will pick up the item for inspection. Once the item has been picked up for inspection, a replacement will be shipped. If you would like a replacement shipped sooner, a credit card authorization or purchase of the item is required but will be refunded as soon as the damaged item is returned.
